We strive to offer seamless and reliable services by reselling subscriptions and digital goods from renowned international brands. However, we understand that there may be instances where rerurns are necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which rerurns will be processed.

Eligibility for Rerurns

Digital Goods:

Rerurns for digital goods are available only in cases where the product is found to be defective, not as described, or inaccessible. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or as per the guidelines prescribed by the partner platform(s), along with a detailed explanation and relevant screenshots or other evidence supporting the claim.

Subscriptions:

Rerurns for subscription services can be considered under the following conditions:

  • The subscription service was not activated or accessed by the customer.

  • There was a billing error or incorrect charge.

  • The subscription was purchased in error, and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

  • The international brand associated with the subscription has approved or acknowledged the return request.

Non-Rerurnable Cases

  • Change of Mind: Rerurns are not available for customers who change their minds after purchase.

  • Partial Usage: If a digital good or subscription has been partially used or accessed, rerurns will not be provided.

  • Third-Party Disputes: Return requests arising from third-party disputes will not be entertained.

Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting documentation. We aim to resolve return requests within 10 business days. Approved rerurns will be processed using the original payment method.

Currency and Fees

Rerurns will be issued in the original currency of purchase. Any transaction fees, exchange rate differences, or bank charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

  • TECHGLARE HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 30+ days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 30+ days of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 30+ days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
