Following are the customer details collected during a transaction process by Transact Bridge

• Email (Referred by the partner)

• Login Confirmation OTP (sent on mail)

• Customer Name

• Customer Mobile

• Billing Details

• PAN

• GST No. (In case of business)

• Card Details

We are a PCI DSS certified company, and we do not collect any personal information, other than above mentioned, from the customer.


Reason behind the details being collected

• Email and login details are collected to ensure the identity is maintained in our systems.

• Customer Name, mobile and billing details, PAN, GST No. and card details are necessary to receive payments and maintain customer identity in our systems and are also as per govt. rules for payment pages.


Data Privacy and Sharing

• All the customer details that we collect are solely owned by us and card details are stored in token form.

The details collected shall be revealed to the authorities in any case of Force Majure.


Data Storing and Security

• Any kind of mails being sent, whether transactional or any other type, contains the Unsubscribe button distinctly. The customer has complete visibility of the button over the mail.

• We collect the customer card details and keep it secure since we are a PCI DSS certified company. We store the card details in tokenized form and they are sent to HTTPs and SSL servers in encrypted form.
