TransactBridge Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, having its principal place of business at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex and registration number 10475892 supports international operations, strategic partnerships, global business development, and certain platform-related services.
Techglare Holdings Private Limited
Techglare Holdings Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India bearing Corporate Identification Number U65990UP2019PTC120732, and having its registered office at E-57a, Ground Floor, G-003, Sector 63, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India - 201301, provides operational support, merchant operations, compliance support, administrative services, and certain platform-related functions.
The TransactBridge Group may establish, acquire, reorganize, or operate additional subsidiaries, affiliates, branches, representative offices, or other entities in various jurisdictions to support regulatory, operational, commercial, compliance, tax, settlement, or business requirements.
References throughout the TransactBridge website, platform, policies, agreements, and related documentation to “TransactBridge,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” may refer to the applicable member of the TransactBridge Group responsible for providing the relevant services, depending on the nature of the services, applicable jurisdiction, regulatory requirements, and operational structure.
3. Allocation of Roles and Responsibilities
Entities within the TransactBridge group may perform different functions in connection with the platform, including:
- technology development and platform infrastructure
- product and service delivery
- customer and merchant support
- compliance, risk management, and fraud prevention
- business development and partnerships
The specific entity responsible for providing services to a user or merchant may be identified in the applicable agreement or onboarding documentation.
4. Financial Services and Payment Processing
TransactBridge provides technology and payment infrastructure services and does not itself act as a bank or deposit-taking institution unless expressly stated.
Payment processing, settlement, and related financial services may be provided in partnership with licensed financial institutions, payment processors, or regulated entities in relevant jurisdictions.
Users acknowledge that such third-party financial institutions may play a role in the processing, settlement, and safeguarding of funds.
